Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using SpeakTrue, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

SpeakTrue is an iOS app that provides speech-focused tools including text-to-speech, speech-to-text, speech-to-speech conversion, and soundboard management.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may use Apple, Google, or email authentication where available.

Subscriptions and Billing

• SpeakTrue offers optional auto-renewable Pro subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
• Available plans, durations, and pricing are shown in-app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings:
  • https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
• Any free trial terms (if offered) are shown in-app at the time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with service integrity, availability, or security.
• Upload or generate content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Content and AI Services

• Some features rely on third-party services (for example, speech generation/transcription providers and cloud services).
• Service behavior may depend on provider availability and network conditions.
• You are responsible for content you submit, upload, or generate through the app.

Privacy

Your use of SpeakTrue is also governed by the Privacy Policy:

Intellectual Property

All rights in the app, including software, design, branding, and content provided by SpeakTrue, are reserved by the developer and licensors.

Disclaimer

SpeakTrue is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
